Error when authenticating to SEPM

Hi Guys

I am experiencing an error when trying to authenticate to SEPM 12.1.4 MP1b; after typing correctly the username and password the following window appears:

 

By giving click Accept or Accept Always the following error appears each time:

I can´t i login, as I can correct the problem and what should be ..?
