Added by Name/Added by Email fields in Email Responses

When a comment added to a ticket, our system notifies the owner via email who entered the comment and the comment added. I'd like this feature to be true for when someone replies to an email with a sessionidand a comment is appended to a ticket via email. As it works now, if a user replies to an email from the system to add a comment to a ticket, the added by name and the added by email fields are blank when the system fires an emial to the owner again to notify them of who added a comment to their incident.
