Recovering a windows client via a Unix Master

I have been asked to recover windows 2003 clients via an HP Unix master. However, the problem is that these clients origianlly belonged to a windows based master.

Can I still do a phase1/2 import of these tapes to my Unix master or must I build a windows master just for these restores?
