Unable to configure the Desktop agent. Error: Failure 0x80004005 querying AD

Hi

I'm getting the below error when starting a user dlo agent on a new domain I created in DLO

Unable to configure the Desktop Agent on computer 'computername' for user 'domain\username'. Error: Failure 0x80004005 querying active directory container LDAP://OU=User,OU=site,DC=domain,DC=org

The AUA is set up to assign using AD. The current domain config for users is working fine.Also, adding the user manually still gives the above error.

Is there any special permissions that need to be given on the new domain for DLO?

Any ideas what might be causing this?

I'm using DLO Console 7.5 and users are on DLO 7.0 desktop agent.
