SEPM Reports Inaccurate

I am running SEPM 12.1 on a Windows Server. When I check the the client information from the console I see that their last scans all happened within a weeks time. But when I run a report to check for "Computers Not Scanned" each week, I get different information. Is there a way to fix this? In the pictures below I have screen shots of what the SEPM reports in the console, and then the information I recieve in my email regarding what the SEPM Scan reports (respectively).
