Migrating from NetBAckup 6.5.6 to 7.6.0.1

Hi,

I need help with migrating from NetBackup 6.5.6 to NetBackup 7.6.0.1.

NetBackup 6.5.6 runs on windows server 2008 R2 with Quantum SuperLoader 3 attached.

I want NetBackup 7.6.0.1 to run on windows server 2012 R2 along with Veeam and with Quantum SuperLoader 3 attached.

Q1> is it wise to have Veeam and NetBackup on the same server installed?

Q2> what is the proper way to migrate all catalogs from 6.5.6 to the 7.6.0.1?

Any input highly appreciated.
