SWV Java 1.8.0_25 failing

Has anyone tried to package Java 1.8 update 25 x86 using SWV? I've tried it a couple times on 2 different machines, both Win7 Enterprise x64, using the latest SWV agent and the previous release and every time I get an error "Error opening XPF Source File" about 1/4 of the way through when trying to export. I've tried using the exe installer and the MSI and both have the same issue. I've attached the last few lines of a procmon trace about where the error occured.
