Unable to exclude attachments from gallery

Hi, I have Touchdown on a Nexus 5 with Android 5.0.  The setting in Touchdown for excluding attachments from the gallery cannot be checked.  I hit the box to toggle it and nothing happens.  The other settings can be changed, just not this one. 

Any thoughts?
