I think it would be good idea to allow administrators the ability to modify the content of the flipbook pages on the Computers Enhanced View. Specifically the ability to add additional data types to view at a glace of the agent. Even if the core pages could not be modified the ability to add a custom page with the data you wish to display would be good.
