Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Symantect Backup Exec 12.5 :Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.

Hi,

   anyone can advise on this error captured after backup?Apparently, I encountered this error last week and was not able to resolve but notice soemthing to do with MAPI and GRT portion. I'm using BAckupExec 12.5 installed on Storage server 2007. When the device tried to backup on the exchange server which 2007 version, gotthis message. I tried to relogin the resource credentials and was successful.

  So sudden of this error promted where so far have not upgrasded or patched since was working very well till this prompted.
