Typically I face a lot of resistance from OS admin or application owners when enabling NetBackup logs on the client, in this case windows. Couple of questions which I always get asked is can we redirect the logs to another drive which has more space and how much will the size of the logs. I do not know of way if eirther is possible.
However I just wanted to be sure and was wondering if any of you SME's know if its possible to place the log folder on another drive other that the one NetBackup is installed on. Also typically what would be the size of the various log files and is there way to truncate them after it reaches a particular size.
