BE2010 R2 and HP Robotic Library

Hi all,

I've inherited a BE2010 R2 setup using a robotic library and one particular job has paused to 'queued' state, requesting a tape insert into the robotic library using the import command.

The job is only @ 3.8TB and I can see previous completed were to 4.6TB so I'm not sure at this time if its tape space

Having not used Robotic Libraries before, could someone offer some pointers to look at?
