I need a solution
We are using Touchdown with mobileiron on android devices, while we see most of the time calendar sync correctly but there have been many incidents when a recurring calendar entry gets missing from touchdown calendar or some time duplication of event happen . we are using Exchanage Active sync.
As a work around we do a full sync to reload the calender correctly but this is not an acceptable solution to our users as they miss many important meetings due this calendar behaviour.
A line of advise on this will be highly appreciated.
