We have recently increased the Value to export incidnets from Enforce Server to 30000 in CSV by making changes to below values from default to some higher value but after reverting the default value and recycling Vontu Manager Service from Enforce server and also recycleing Vontu Monitor controller service from Enforce console , we are not abe to revert to original valu . Do we have any solution or it is product bug as support is working on the case for last 2 weeks without any solution .
