Hello all,
we are dealing with some strange WorkHub connection issues here:
1. clean install of Mobility Suite (MS)
2. user connects to MS site and downloads WorkHub
3. after successful installation on Android tablet, when user try to run WorkHub, WorkHub shows only white screen and after some seconds shuts down
4. we tried to use it on different android tablet, WorkHub opens, but after some time shows screen, that it cannot make SSL connection and shuts down
We are using our own CA and root certificate was installed on Android tablet. Communication to the MS page without any warnings or errors.
Troubleshooting:
1. all firewall rules removed = no change.
2. catched communication on MS server = no handshake, only C>S TCP FIN and S>C TCP FIN.
3. rechecked certificate = no problem there (it seems)
