connection to 13782 and 13724 getting close automatically

Master Server Solaris
Media server Solaris
Client Solaris
Netbackup version 6.5 on master , media and client

Backup of one of our client is getting fail with 58.bpcd logs are not generating on client side even on increasing verbosity.
When I try to telnet on port 13782 and 13724 from master or media connection gets disconnected automatically and shows connection closed by foreign host.
