Cleaning Job Failed

I have TS3100 Library. I have designate slot 23 as a cleaning slot. Cleaning tape is inserted in slot 23 as well.

When i try to run the CLEAN job, it gives following error.

Final error: 0xe000810d - Physical Volume Library Media not found.
Final error category: Backup Media Errors
Completed status: Failed

When I move the CLEANING TAPE manuall to drive, it works fine and clean the tape, but BE not moving it with above error.

Also other tapes are working normal like backup is done ok. only cleaning have isses.
