I need a solution
I finally got SBE 12.1.5 installed (with great difficulty), and when the Management Server Configuration Wizard runs, I get the rather unhelpful message "Unexpected Error" with no elaboration when it is creating the database (I gave up trying to use my Version 11 database that I had backed up). Happy to provide additional logs or anything needed to get this working again ...
