Rolled Back While Installing SEP 12.1 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

Hi,

I uninstalled McAfee and tried to install SEP 12.1 but failed.  I also tried to modified the registry (rename the PendingRename... attribute) but still cannot install SEP.  Attached is the SEP_INST.  Please let me know how to fix this.
