I need a solution
Hi,
One of my customer having issue where backup exec 2014 locked their SAP Oracle database.
Two weeks ago, I just upgrade their backup exec from 2010 R3 to 2014. There are no problem when using 2010 R3 on the database.
But once upgrade to 2014, their SAP can't be accessed due to locked db.
Is anyone here have experience on this?
The weird thing is when using 2010 R3, the SAP working just fine.
